You can move between Core and Pro any time from your account settings, no need to contact anyone or fill out a form.
Changes take effect immediately, you're not stuck waiting for a billing cycle to roll over before the new plan's features unlock.
If you're moving from Pro down to Core, anything exclusive to Pro simply stops being available at that point, nothing about your existing matches or pipeline gets lost.
